YOU are the world’s greatest expert on your job or relationship.  
You can make it into what you choose.  
In a job – you may have a job description, but there are a few jobs in the world that come with detailed instructions.  
The same goes with relationships – there are never proper laid down rules and instructions that you can follow.  
A job description or guidance to a good relationship provide a foundation upon which you may build the perfect job/relationship for yourself.  
When you give generously to it, a job/relationship responds with a full measure of satisfaction, personal growth, financial rewards and promise for the future.
If you are in a job/relationship you absolutely hate, and you have considered all the alternatives and decide that you will never like your job/relationship, then find something else or simply move out.  
But if you, like most people, dislike a few things about your work/relationship, but on balance believe you have a pretty good position/relation, get busy making it the greatest job/relationship in the world.
Always remember that in your career/relations as well as in your life, you get in direct proportion what you give.  
The trick is to focus on what you like about your job/relationship and decrease the focus on what you dislike.  
If you consider what it is about your job/relationship that is rewarding and dwell on those things rather than what you hate, your outlook and next your job/relationship will improve.
No job or relationship is perfect, as a matter of fact, nothing in this world is perfect.  
Therefore in every aspect of your life, always try to focus more on the positives instead of the negatives.  
That way, you will live a happy fulfilled life.
