Interaction with the environment: Part One…….limiting starch, meat, dairy products and sugar good for health

Published on

THE past few weeks we have been looking at the science behind blackness.
Most of what human beings look like is determined by the genetic information inherited from parents.
The other factor which determines how humans look, besides the genes, is how one interacts with the external environment.
For example, height, skin complexion, hair texture and body mass index are inherited from the parents but when altered by chemicals, the skin and hair can be made to look different from those of the parents.
The body mass index of an individual can be made to vary from his parents’ because of exercise (or lack of it) and diet, among other factors.
Thus the interaction of the body with the environment is a very important factor of who and what we are.
There is a saying that goes: “You are what you eat.”
This is very true.
Because, while we receive our building blocks and instructions from our ancestors’ genes, material from the environment is needed for regenerating cells and replacing old ones with new ones.
While it may seem like our bodies are crystalised solids, it has been found that they are actually cells that are constantly replaced by the process of eating and consequent augmentation (growth).
For example; our hair and nails are a clear sign of how human cells continue growing to replace old ones and this process continues even after death in the case of both nails and hair.
The skin also sheds itself like snakes, but this process is less obvious to the eye because the shedding skin is removed when we bath.
This means our cells are always renewed and what we eat determines our elemental content.
Most of the human body is made of water which needs to be replaced as it is lost through sweating, urination and other processes of cleansing and elimination.
If one drinks water, he aids his body in boosting the bio-physical processes that the body needs to undergo.
If one is dehydrated, the opposite is true.
One’s lifestyle or the way one interacts with the environment either heals or kills him.
Besides water, the body is made up of soil which contains minerals which amount to about 142 in number.
These minerals are vital for the body and need to be ingested regularly in order to maintain good health.
They are found in plants and include potassium, phosphorus, manganese, calcium and iron.
If one lacks some vital minerals, the quality of health is compromised.
For example, if one lacks iron, the hemoglobin count in the red blood cells drops and oxygen cannot be transported in the blood stream effectively.
This causes anaemia and a lack of calcium osteoporosis (weak bones) and so on.
While some of these minerals can be found in non-plant sources such as animals, they are not as effectively digestible as those that are plant-derived.
Humans are primarily herbivores and this is proved by our teeth which can only consume meat when cooked.
Meat is a secondary food source for humans and has negative health effects on the consumer as it passes illnesses from animals to humans such as arthritis from lamb, swine flu from pork, bird’s flu from chicken and anthrax from beef.
Uric acid, which enters the body by way of eating animal-derived products like flesh and eggs, can flood the system and once this happens, illnesses such as gout are likely to take place.
Besides herbivorous teeth, humans have a herbivorous digestive tract which is characterised by long small and large intestines to mimic ruminants.
Carnivores like dogs and lions have a short digestive tract and when they eat meat it does not stay inside their system as long as it does in the long intestines of humans.
So if a human eats meat which is toxic, those toxins remain in the digestive system for a long time because meat is not as effectively digested as the fruits and vegetables.
But on the contrary, when we eat plant-derived foods, these are wholly absorbed of their nutrients as they are metabolised.
This is evidenced by the build-up of loose, passable and less smelly stool.
In the case of meat, the slow and incomplete digestion results in smelly and non-loose stool which is harder to pass out, further evidencing that humans are not meant to be meat eaters.
Bacteria and virus-based diagnosis are Western ways and largely incompatible with blacks.
This is why blacks in and out of Africa are living shorter lives with very bad quality of health, regardless of the medical chemicals that the West keeps administering to us.
Many of their treatments are also symptom-based and do not fix the main cause of the disease.
The main cause of disease in humans is actually acidity and mucus-caused inflammation.
Processed table sugar burns organ tissues and leads to organ failure, insulin imbalance and so on.
Glycation is caused by sugar intake and increases aging and though sugar tastes good on the tongue, it is bad for everything else.
Fructose in a fruit is metabolised differently from sugar, so is honey and cinnamon; these are better alternatives to processed table sugar which is too refined.
Carbonic acid, derived from starch and found in manmade and processed foods, is also an agent of disease.
Lactic acid, which enters the body through eating dairy products such as cheese, milk, and butter and so on, is yet another agent of disease.
Dairy products are packed with many disease-forming agents which have been linked to lactose intolerance, cancer and other illnesses.
So, limiting or eliminating meat, dairy, starch and sugar from one’s diet will in turn limit or eliminate uric, lactic, carbonic acid and glycation agents from the body. The eating of alkaline foods, which are plant-based for the most part, will aid pre-emptive and diagnostic healing.
The body needs to be alkaline to be electrical and all movement and life is electric as evidenced by neuro transmitter activity in the brain.
Once one ceases to be electrical, movement and eventually life will stop.
Problems in the neuro network cause epilepsy, multiple sclerosis and so on and these attacks are very electrical, proving the body is indeed based on electricity for functionality and life.
The brain has a cerebral cortex which is copper and a pineal gland which is carbon. It produces electricity through friction between the two which causes resonance and the nerve system transports it around the body to cause movement.
Minerals can be found in rock form, but these are turned into liquid and assimilated into natural plants.
This process is called iontophoresis and it keeps the minerals in plants electrically charged.
Each mineral has its own electrical charge; for example, iron has 12 000 electrons per atom.
This assimilates well with the body which is electrical.
Hybrid or manmade plants are not good at absorbing the minerals in the earth.
