Zim Constitution …. land laws, agriculture, African values and the rural constituency

THE recent land confusion regarding the Clause in the Zimbabwean Constitution adopted in 2013, which gives compensation to former white (settler) farmers, who were dispossessed of land – (initially forcibly occupied by their forefathers), “for improvements on the land etc”, has ignited the need to discourse on the Constitution.
