IN life there are what I call ‘idea people’.
You have probably seen them too.  
They always seem to have great ideas they are thinking about doing, someday – but they never do anything about them.  
The ideas always stay in their heads and never get in their hearts.
Without heart the ideas fizzle out fast.  
Ideas themselves are light and fluffy.  
They need tremendous passion to make them into concrete, stone, and glass.  
You have to bring your ideas down to earth.  
Take your ideas and add weight of passion to them as soon as possible before they disappear into thin air.
Passion is the magic ingredient that pushes you with the fierce drive for completion of every endeavour.  
I have seen less talented people propel themselves to great success through immense passion.  
There are people who work overtime or over the weekends towards their goals and in most cases with great results.
You know, I learned about passion from my father.
My father loved farming and as I was growing up, I saw him grow to become a big businessman through farming though he just owned few fields at our rural home. He tilled his fields with passion encouraging us his family to work hard and through him we, all his children learnt that nothing is impossible and that you can do anything if you really want.
Many people with great ideas do nothing about them, they are/were probably waiting for the right time, right atmosphere, right connections or some other right thing to come.  
The sad news is there is never such a thing in this life.  
Many people go to their graves with their beautiful ideas because death knocked on their doors while they were still waiting for the right time which never came. 
Those people who do achieve great things without working hard for them – unfortunately never bring them lasting joy.  
It is those things which you work on with passion and sweat that are sweet in life. Look deep inside your heart and start working towards your goals with passion.
