Natural vs hybrid: Part Two…what people must eat

Published on

MANY of the negative effects of hybridisation are worsened by processing.
For example, whole maize, whole wheat and brown rice are already full of starch and lacking the fibre their archetypes had. Why then further remove the last of that fibre to remain with processed maize meal (Pearlenta), white flour and white rice respectively.
Eating fruits in their whole state, straight from the tree in the manner of many rural Africans who have access to indigenous seasonal fruit is the best way to eat.
Vitamins like ‘B12’, which strengthen haemoglobin, are made by earth bacteria which we lose when we over-clean fruits.
Most importantly, only natural plants can undergo the process of converting earth minerals into plant minerals.
This is called iontophoresis and cannot be done by hybrids such as spinach, rape and so on.
Rather, wild vegetables like bonongwe, nyevhe and tsine (black jack) absorb minerals from the soil and even when uncultivated by mankind, they reproduce themselves by dispersing seed.
In the book of Genesis, we are given the definition of what humans ought to consider their food.
And God said: “I have given every herb bearing seed which is upon the face of the earth, and every tree in which there is a fruit yielding seed. To you it shall be for meat (food).”
This betrays humans not only as herbivores by nature, but beings ordained to eat natural (non-hybrid) food with seeds. These can still be found in Africa and include zviyo (millet family), zumbani, mupanjere (cannabis), muhacha (muchakata), mushuku (muzhanje), mutohwe, muonde (fig), mupfura (marula) and so on.
The Shona saying: “Moyo muti, unomera paunoda” (Love is like a tree, it grows where it wants to grow) shows us that as far as our ancestors were concerned, trees to them were grown not by man, but nature.
This is typical of indigenous trees that resist growth unless the climate, season, soil and drainage are right.
Nowadays, these trees remain almost impossible to grow but continue to reproduce themselves naturally owing to seed dispersal, particularly after being eaten.
The few who have managed to grow indigenous plants have tried to the best of their ability to meet the right conditions and heavily rely on cross breeding for flowering to take place.
Crossbreeding is not interbreeding, but simply having more than one tree of the same species for pollination to take place.
This is not required of some trees such as mango which can flower on their own or with distant trees.
Some seeds need heating before they can sprout and thus grow well naturally when present in cow or elephant dung.
This process can be mimicked by boiling.
The guava is full of seed and almost certainly grows when fecal matter containing its seed touches fertile ground.
The system of nature is sound and not dependent on mankind to thrive as is the case with Western aloe vera, pineapple and so on.
Another trait of natural plants as opposed to hybrid, is that the former is very alkaline.
African herbs and fruits are known to heal, though they are often bitter in taste.
This is because they are alkaline besides being nutritious and carrying much-needed minerals like iron.
The body is an electric organism which needs alkaline conditions to resonate and operate optimally.
The electric current is produced in the brain when the carbon-filled pineal gland interacts with the copper filled cerebral tissue. The food we eat determines how acidic or alkaline the body is.
If acidic, the pH balance is off and homeostasis (hormonal balance) cannot be achieved.
On the contrary, if alkaline, food-gene consistency occurs and dis-ease will not manifest.
Natural plants are alkaline on the pH scale and hybrid ones move towards acidic levels, though still alkaline.
This is better than animal foods like milk, eggs and meat which are acidic.
The reason for simply going vegan, even without considering whether or not the plants are hybrid, is recommended and has numerous health benefits.
The good news is that iontophoresis, though not possible or effective in hybrid plants, can also be mimicked by human activity.
Hybrid plants can still absorb water and water soluble components.
Thus, taking leaves and little branches from natural plants like the muhacha or mupfura, boiling them and using the concoction to water hybrid plants like tomatoes, spinach and garlic, among others, will allow them to absorb minerals and alkalinity.
This is called ‘electrifying plants’ and was done and recommended by bush doctors like the late Dr Sebi of Honduras.
The good news is that, though the West has reduced many plants to mere hybrids, Africa still has several natural plants which are indigenous.
One can compare a Western cucumber to the spiky round ‘African gaka’ and easily see and taste the difference.
The hybrid is not as tasty and lacks seed.
Gathering seasonal foods like nhedzi and chihombiro mushrooms predates cultivating and hunting.
It also ensures the body lacks nothing in terms of nutrition.
The best advice one can be given concerning health in this age is to head to the forest, with one who knows the forest and heavily rely on its plants for food and medicine.
Consider that whatever food has been altered from its natural state likewise alters the natural state of its consumer.
Thus the saying: “You are what you eat.”
Do not solely eat for the cause of taste and feeling full but for food-gene consistency, cell replenishment and optimum electrical resonance to occur in the body.
Subjecting oneself to such self-imposed discipline in the diet greatly improves one’s quality of life, prevents disease and increases longevity.
This was proved by our ancestors who lived longer, were stronger and reproduced faster than this modern generation.
Like an electrical plant, overheating, congestion or short circuiting in the body are the causes of organ dysfunction and dis-ease.
These are caused by inflammation which manifests in the form of mucus.
This mucus results from high acidity in the body, which is caused by eating improper foodstuffs.
A battery is at a ph. scale of 14 and this is the most alkaline level.
With humans, food with a ph. level above seven and below 9,4 are ideal to maintain a non-acidic environment in the body.
The surest way to achieve this is to maintain a mainly plant based diet, with whole indigenous and seasonal edibles and less hybrid ones.
