The source of the spirit of Murenga…a spirit that can manifest anywhere on the motherland

THE spirit of Murenga is not African or black but is Nahasian, the first race to occupy planet earth.

The spirit of Murenga started in the Middle East.

During this time, the spirit of Murenga was referred to as ‘Mari’, which meant ‘Mwa’ari’, within him or her or place.

According to the The Living World Of The Old Testament by Bernhard W. Anderson: “For a time the city of Mari (Mwa’ari), near the border between modern Syria and Iraq, was the focal point of Amorite rule, but eventually the leadership shifted to the city of Babylon where the Amorites established the First Babylonian Dynasty, whose greatest king was Hammurabi (c,1728-1686).”

For Hammurabi to be a renowned king and author of the Hammurabi Code, which was appropriated by the Roman Dutch Law, the spirit of Murenga, Mwa’ari, was in him.

The spirit of Murenga was very active in Israel and, “the phenomenon of prophecy, which loomed large in Israelite society, was known at Mari,” as written by Anderson, a place where people could be filled with the spirit of Yahweh.

That spirit which loomed large in the Israelite society was also very present in Matobo Hills where the spirit of Murenga was operational.

Let the Archives Speak: The Forgotten Heroes of Chimurenga 1 by A.S. Chigwedere states: “Historians and chroniclers are unanimous on the source of Chimurenga 1.

I still have to find any dissenting voice.

But likewise, the records at the National Archives are equally unanimous on this.

You do not have to do any serious hunting for information to establish the source of Chimurenga 1.

The only confusing thing are the names used by the chroniclers. One chronicler chooses to call Murenga ‘the High God’; a second calls him ‘the High Spirit’; the third calls him ‘Mlimo’; a fourth calls him ‘Mwari’; a fifth calls him the ‘God of the Matobo Hills’ so it goes on.

What historians forget is that these are not names but titles. Therefore, the historians must probe further and ask one crucial question:

What is the proper name of the personage with these different titles?

They would have to come with one unmistakable answer that the personage was Murenga and hence the name of the war. Chimurenga is a clear derivative from Murenga and it means Murenga’s War.

The Europeans Wars of 1796-1815 are called the Napoleonic Wars because they were Napoleon’s Wars (that is) precipitated, and inspired by him.

The wars that ravaged the Natal-Zululand area from 1819-1828 and that had reverberations throughout Southern Africa are appropriately called Shaka’s

Wars because they were indeed caused, inspired and directed by Shaka for his and Zulu interests.”

The story of Anderson and Chigwedere have one name in common, meaning one thing but spelt differently.

With Anderson it’s called ‘Mari’ and with Chigwedere it’s called ‘Mwari’.

Both Anderson and Chigwedere spelt it wrongly and in present Zimbabwe it’s still being mispelt by Christians thinking that ‘Mwari’ means the ‘Creator’.

The name ‘Mwari’, the Christians in Zimbabwe are using is derived from white Christians who could not pronounce ‘Mwa’ari’, which literally translate to ‘within her, him or place’.

The spirit of Murenga manifests in anyone who preaches the unity of the motherland.

The first black person to do so openly and reap a whirlwind was Kwame Nkrumah while the second was Muammar Gaddafi whose New World Order got him murdered.

Colonel Gaddafi’s death presents a challenge to regional unity.

This voice of the motherland to unite is now coming from Julius Malema after he condemned his compatriots for xenophobic tendencies against other blacks  in South Africa.

He even put his political career on the rocks by uttering his sentiments to a bewildered nation.

When challenged by his peers in the party he leads, the EFF, he uttered what has never been heard in modern political history: “I would rather be a president to my family.”

I, for one, am not surprised; he hails from Limpopo where the Venda are the only ones who have honoured Murenga by having a stadium named after him — Sororenzou, in Venda, is ‘Thohoyandou’.

On Page 10 of Chigwedere’s book, he suggests that Zimbabwe honours Murenga.

This is what he says: “Look again at the documents I have placed before you and you will appreciate what I meant when I stated that the treatment we have accorded to Murenga bodes (on) blasphemy.

Hero number one of Chimurenga is Murenga.

All the other heroes were his lieutenants and inevitably come after him.

In my view, Murenga deserves nothing less, that the Parliament Building or the National Sports Stadium be named in his honour.

He is the very father of the first liberation war hence it’s name.”

Chigwedere was spot on.

Murenga was neither Shona, Manyika, Ndebele or Karanga; he was a Nahasi representing the whole motherland.

After leaving home, in Iraq, the spirit of Murenga settled in this part of the world urging the then first settlers to build a temple to Yahweh, a replica of the first one built by our ancestors in Egypt, Jerusalem, Ethiopia and lastly here in Zimbabwe, the most holiest temple on planet earth, the House of Stones — Dzimbahwe.

The whites wanted to demolish and desecrate it but failed; the only temple still standing on the motherland.

If Murenga was alive, he would have uttered the words King David said to Judah when Judah failed to acknowledge his return, after he was asylumed by Absalom his son.

2 Samuel: Verses 11-15: “And King David sent to Zadok and to Abiathar the priests, saying, speak unto the elders of Judah, saying, why are ye the last to bring the king back to his house? Seeing the speech of all Israel is come to the king, to bring him to his house. Ye are my brethren, ye are my bone and flesh: wherefore then are ye the last to bring back the king?”

Are Zimbabweans ready to acknowledge the spirit of Murenga? By doing so, there will be peace and tranquility in the whole motherland, the continent.

Murenga was not a capitalist.

I will end by saying that there are two types of Christianity.

One is white and capitalistic, that has no feelings for other human beings, which I liken to Acts of Apostles Chapter 5 about Ananias and Sapphira.

The other is Nahasian, which is communalistic.

Acts of the Apostles: Chapter 2: Verses 44-45 and Chapter 4: Verses 32, 34-37: “And all that believed were together, and had all things in common: and they sold their possessions and goods, and parted them to all, according as any man had need.

And the multitude of them that believed were of one heart and soul: and not one of them said that aught of the things which he possessed was his own: but they had all things in common.

For neither was there among them any that lacked: for as many as were possessors of lands and houses sold them, and brought the prices of the things that were sold, and laid them at the Apostles feet: and distribution was made unto each, according as anyone had need.

And Joseph, who by the Apostles was surnamed Barnabas (which is, being interpreted, Son of exhortation), a Levite, a man of Cyprus by race, having a field, sold it, and brought the money and laid it at the Apostles feet.”

This is from the Word of Yahweh, corrupted to The Holy Bible by the usurpers, the whites.

Acts: Chapters 2 and 4 represents the religion of Murenga, who had ‘Mwa’ari’ spirit in him.

These are our ancestors who are called pagans by whites who most of us worship more than Yahweh.

The spirit of Murenga will not fully manifest among the Nahasis until we unite spiritually, mentally, physically and if we don’t, we will continue to suffer despite the motherland being the richest continent on planet earth.

Nthungo yaAfrika, aka J.L. Mtembo is a Hamite who strongly believes in the motherland renaissance.
