Time to unite is now!

EDITOR – I have a message for Zimbabweans.

If we want to be successful, we must know who we are first.

Our identity as sons and daughters of the soil must forever be cherished in order for us to remain united.

If we do not unite and support our leaders, we won’t go anywhere.

If we can’t help our leaders to repair our country, then we are helping those who are destroying it.

We have to put our political and tribal differences aside and work together in order for Zimbabwe to be the prosperous nation it is destined to be.

It is every Zimbabwean’s duty to make sure that he/she works hard for the betterment of our country.

Americans, for example, unite to defend their country and their heritage from foreign interference.

Why can’t we do the same as Zimbabweans?

When we have differences, we find some in our midst inviting the US to intervene, but when they (Americans) have differences, they do not come to us.

The illegal sanctions imposed on Zimbabwe are only meant to stifle any development we can make as a country.

The West wants us to beg, but we will not! We are not an extension of the US or Britain.

We are Zimbabweans and the time to unite is now!
