ONE fundamental issue, which needs to be thoroughly probed, that is emerging from the boisterous statements by some members of the ANC delegation that was in Harare last week for solidarity discussions with ZANU PF is that their seemingly chronic lack of understanding on issues to do with sovereignty and territorial integrity could soon hit their country.
