THE British were defeated militarily by Washington and his fellow-slave owners and other members of his bourgeois class that no longer looked at Britain as their home and the British economy all the way across the Atlantic Ocean in Europe as their own.
The bottom line is that the new nation called the United States of America liberated itself from Britain, kicked the British out, proclaimed a new constitution which itself created a new parliament that gave birth to a new government, a new army, a new navy, a new police force, new intelligence services system, a new legal system (judges, lawyers, magistrates, courts and jails), a new information and media system, and a new set of religious worship and rituals, a new education system, a new history — all created to protect a new political order that protected and promoted a new economic system, an economic system owned and controlled by the US bourgeoisie, many of whom were owners of black slaves who were not freed by the new independence set up.
In other words, the state of the US was not neutral between British political and economic interests on the one hand, and US political and economic interests on the other; it just suppressed, by force of arms, British political and economic interests in the US; even the interests of the loyalists (those colonists who were on the side of Britain during the revolution) were also suppressed.
And, as we have seen, the state of the US was not neutral either between the US slave owners (the US bourgeoisie) on the one hand, and the black slaves on the other — the slaves were not set free by the new state until, at least formally, a hundred years or so after the US revolution; and the black slaves themselves always fought slavery under extreme difficulties, the slaves of the USA fought for their liberty until they liberated themselves, they were not liberated by “good white charity and Christian workers and politicians,” they fought for their freedom until they won it back, any white person who says he or she liberated the US black slaves is nothing but a silly white racist.

Also, in the US women were not allowed to vote until the 1960s.
Equally true is that the US state was never and has never been neutral between the US bourgeoisie and the US working class in general, the majority in that country, the exploited majority that is educated from birth to the grave that there is no better system in the world for them than that of the US bourgeoisie, than that of its exploiters, the system that does not allow them to own that country’s means of production, the system that keeps them in perpetual poverty and insecurity both economically and socially, for instance, most of them do not have houses and have no access to proper medical care.
In other words, as we can see, there is no neutral democracy in the US; there is no democracy in general in the US – democracy in that country is democracy for the bourgeoisie, the capitalist exploiters of that country only, a tiny minority of rich people that has made the vast majority in that country believe that the democracy in that country belongs to the vast majority too, it serves the interests of the vast majority too.
Let us also remember that the US itself ended up creating colonies and neo-colonies of its own all over world (e.g. the Philippines), and that the US has turned all West European countries into its semi-colonies and proxies all of whose governments are at the beck and call of the US as it fights its wars all over the world from the First World War through the Second World War to the wars in Vietnam, in Eastern Europe, Iraq, Afghanistan, Syria and Libya.
These are wars waged by the US government on behalf of that country’s ruling class, particularly the huge US corporations that have tentacles all over the world.
Paul Craig Roberts, The Herald, Harare, Friday June 27 2014, says, the Russian President Vladimir Putin, “knows that the UK is a complete vassal puppet state (to the USA), that the British Prime Minister David Cameron is just as bought-and-paid-for as Tony Blair before him.
“German business interests are a counterweight to the weak Angela Merkel government’s subservience to Washington.”
The state of the US is not neutral either between the US and Zimbabwe.
That is why the US state has imposed the illegal sanctions on Zimbabwe, and that is why the US government is funding the MDC and thousands of NGOs in the country and outside the country in order to implement a regime change agenda in Zimbabwe to remove President Mugabe and his party ZANU PF from power so that the US local proxies and stooges stop the revolution towards the economic empowerment of the black people of this country; in Zimbabwe the US government is fighting the very principle of ownership and control of the national economy by the citizens of the country that the US revolution carried out in that country in 1776, what it wants in Zimbabwe is for the economy to be in the hands of US corporations and those of other imperialist countries.
The bottom line is that the US state is a state of the rich, a minority, the capitalist class, against the poor, the majority, the working class, whose thinking about anything is taught to them by the same rich minority and its state; and what we also know is that precisely because the state in the USA is a state of the capitalist class, especially the monopoly bourgeoisie.
It is a predatory state, it is a state of a class that will do anything to subjugate any country in the world as it has done, hence it is waging wars everywhere and that is why it has created all sorts of murderous proxies all over the world, in Zimbabwe it helped in the creation of the murderous MDC, a proxy spy party that has been used in the imposition of the illegal sanctions in the country that have made sure that Zimbabweans die in hospitals for lack of medication and medical equipment and instruments.
Sanctions have also made sure that Bulawayo, Gweru, Kwekwe, Harare and Mutare companies have closed down or have reduced production levels so low that tens of thousands of workers have lost their jobs and have been turned into paupers, with families living in dire poverty, all in the hope that the citizens of Zimbabwe would rise and illegally remove from power the legally elected government of President Robert Mugabe and his party ZANU PF.
