Motivational Corner-Let us all feed our minds with positive thoughts everyday

It has been proven that hypochondriacs, people who are convinced that they are sick even though nothing is wrong with them, experience the exact symptoms of the actual illness.
The same applies to people who always believe that nothing good ever happens to them.
They experience constant misfortunes — why — because that’s how they have programmed their minds.
It is also possible to make ourselves ill or experience failure through constant worry and fear.
This is because our minds strive to turn into reality the things that we think about most.
Continual thoughts of illness or failure complicate and prevent the mind and body from functioning at its full capacity.
Many people who go through life believing that they are not well or that nothing good ever happens to them lead miserable lives.
If they wake up with no aches or pain, they believe that very soon they will feel it — and in no time they will start feeling sick.  While those who are in constant fear of misfortunes — if something good happens, they don’t allow themselves to enjoy the good fortunes because they believe that sooner or later something bad is going to happen.
We need to protect our minds from diseases the same way we care for our physical bodies.
Just as much as we can cause harm to our bodies by abusing them — eating and drinking wrong foods, failing to protect them from harmful things — so can we cause harm to our minds if we constantly feed them with negative thoughts.
Each and every day we need to feed our minds with doses of vitamin tablets of good thoughts.
We need to tell our minds that we are well and that good things always happen to us.
If we feel a bit of aches and pain, we should try and dismiss them unless the pain persists then we can seek treatment from the right people.
Otherwise we should always tell ourselves that we are fine.
The same should be applied when we experience some misfortunes, we need to tell ourselves that we will soon overcome them and that good things will start rolling our way.
If we program our minds that way — we are bound to live health and happy fulfilled lives.
