Zimbabwe is a sovereign republic and shall be known as “the Republic of Zimbabwe”.

There shall be a public seal of Zimbabwe, showing the coat of arms of Zimbabwe with the inscription “Republic
of Zimbabwe”, which shall be kept by the President.
